Kathy Keller
Accessibility Coordinator, Department of Family and Protective Services
Kathy is currently the Accessibility Coordinator at the Department of Family and Protective Services.
Kathy is sort of a “policy wonk” now but began her career in accessibility in 2001 as a web developer/web administrator at Texas Parks and Wildlife.
For 3 years she was the Accessibility and Disability Rights Coordinator for the Texas Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities and served as a commissioner on the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities.
Knowbility programs have taught Kathy more than she had ever learned in school, she’s been involved with Knowbility programs and as a volunteer since early 2000s and is on the AccessU Advisory Board.
